Lower Floor:

• Bathrooms will be fully built and operational as well as the wudhu facility for sisters.
• The kitchen will be built and prepared for future installations of fixtures.
• The washroom will have proper facilities for proper GHUSULS, but not to have a walk-in-fridge for storage.
• All rooms, classrooms, office/study, and internal and external stairs will be built out.
• Provide proper lighting in the parking lot area..

Upper Floor:

• Bathrooms will be fully built and operational as well as the wudhu facility for brothers.
• The stairs to enter into the front lobby and lobby area will be built.
• The entire facility will have a new heating ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC). We will try to re-use the existing furnace and heat pump, for the downstairs portion. The new HVAC will provide cooling for the peak prayer demands. The units will be rooftop units mounted on the roof of the new West portion expansion.
• Install new electric layouts and cables to the new building and connect to the existing building.
• Install all communication and telephone lines.
• Install fire alarm system.
